10 great scrapbook themes to make your scrapbook a bit different

10 Great Scrapbook Themes to Make your Scrapbook a Bit Different

When it comes to scrapbooking one of the main factors which ties the whole thing together is the theme which you are using. In most cases, changing the theme is going to give your scrapbook an entirely different look, which can be a good or a bad thing depending on what you are going for. In any case, if you feel that the time has come to shake things up a bit by putting some new themes in the mix, then I recommend you take a look at the following list I've compiled of themes that should make things different enough for you.

First off, I would like to bring your attention to the Indiana Jones theme which makes your pages look quite old, as if they came right out of the 1930s. This is the perfect theme if you want to make your scrapbook look like some type of ancient book filled with historic pictures of an ancient civilization that used to dwell on Earth… it will make your scrapbook look like an artifact.

If Indiana Jones is not exactly your style, then perhaps the Winter Flowers theme would be something you will enjoy. To make a long story short, this theme allows you to create a layout of flowers that are covered in frost and glitter, making them white (although you can also put in red roses and otherwise colored flowers).

The third theme which caught my eye was the one called the Family Tree. This one is quite simple as it merely consists of a tree with branches which expand into more and more as the tree grows taller. This is perfect if you have a scrapbook with many family pictures is it will help bring about a feeling that what's in the scrapbook is in a way your heritage.

The next theme I would like to bring your attention to is called the Valentine Delight. It consists of a dense arrangement of white, red, pink and bright pink roses, along with a black heart at the bottom left corner. While it may not be Valentine's day, this theme is certainly an eye-pleaser and will more than likely prove perfect for a scrapbook of those you love deeply.

The fifth theme I found to be rather intriguing was titled as the Blue Winter Kit, which mainly consists of props such as five-leafed flowers, frozen snowflakes in bubbles, and a variety of other little details. The color palette used in this mainly revolves around baby blue, with some parts of it being yellow. I found this theme to be very soothing in every sense of the word, making it a good choice for giving your scrapbook somewhat of a peaceful and even nostalgic feeling.

For those who like to introduce a bit more antiquity into their scrapbook may want to take a look at the Antiqued Victorian Baptism Certificate. Truly being a work of art, it is in fact a replicate of a Victorian Baptism Certificate, making it a nice fit for those who are trying to include a bit more of their family history into their work.

The next theme I am going to present is more for football (the American variant) enthusiasts than anyone else, as is indicated by its explicit name: Multi-Photo Sports Football Overlay. If you are a fan of football as most people in the great United States of America are, you will probably find this theme to be quite suiting for your sport-related exploits. If you prefer another type of sport, you will probably be glad to know this theme is available for pretty much all major sports practiced in America.

If you have been travelling around the world and would like your scrapbook to reflect that experience, then I recommend you look into the Globe Trotting theme which is simply filled with dozens upon dozens of tiny details, all of which relate to travel in one way or another.

Another good travelling theme is the Road Trip, and just like the previous one it is crammed with exquisite little details of things that are associated to road trips, in one way or another. A perfect theme for a trip down memory lane.

Finally, the last theme I will bring to your attention is for those who are looking for something a bit closer to nature and cute wild animals. The theme I am referring to is called Nature Walk, and just like the previous two themes this one also contains a plethora of little details, mostly in the form of cute animals including a baby deer and a blue owl. This theme makes for a nice fit if you are looking to show the cutesy side of nature.
